Studio Channel Islands Gallery, Camarillo, CA, USA - October 2016The inspiration for these dishes came from the materials that were left behind from my painting sessions, such as dried-out paints, brushes, rags, cups, chopsticks, etc. I named the dishes based on the negative emotions we learn through life.
Today people put so much emphasis on food. I find it interesting to compare how, and what, foods are linked to our physical and mental health. We adopt through life.
